How the Guarantee Works

The 100-Day 100% Happiness Guarantee applies only to the FIRST ORDER of any SevenForever product, whether it’s your first time shopping with us or the first time you’re trying a new product.

This means:

  • If you are a new customer, your very first order is covered.

  • If you are an existing customer, the first order of any new product you try is also covered.

  • The guarantee does not apply to repeat purchases of the same product.

To qualify, you must:

  • Request your refund within 100 days of the purchase date

  • Provide valid proof of purchase

  • Have purchased the product from SevenForever.com or an authorized reseller

If your first order of a product doesn’t feel right for you, we’ll refund you in full. It’s that simple.


After 100 Days

If more than 100 days have passed since you received the first order of a product, you may still have options.

For Returning Customers

If you’ve purchased from us before and have issues such as:

  • Damaged shipment

  • Delivery error

  • Missing items

Returns for Unopened, Unused Merchandise (Non–First Orders)

For merchandise purchased directly from our Site that is not covered under the 100-Day Guarantee:

  • Unopened, unused items may be returned within 30 days of the order date

  • Refunds apply to the amount paid for the merchandise

After receiving your return:

  1. We will inspect the item

  2. Once approved, you may receive a refund to your original payment method

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
